Secure adequate representation to the persons belonging to SC, ST and OBC in the Bank at all cadres, posts, and designations in officer grades.
Proper placement and posting of the SC, ST and OBC officers and employees of the Bank.
To protect in the issue of foreign posting to the officers belonging to SC, ST and OBC as well as to provides training at National and International level.
To implement reservation policy in the Bank and its subsidiaries.
To ensure that liaison officers of the Bank i.e. SC, ST and OBC are regularly rotated, thereby ensuring transparency.
